Yes. You are correct. That was a massive mistake. It totally invalidates the point I was making and should be disregarded.
I could run all the emails, but since it was a legit mistake there’s not much commentary there aside from that.
Unfortunately, it was also all of the emails.
As an attempted first-time home buyer I’m going to blame this one on the Austin housing market where one has to get used to pretending randomly inflated numbers makes sense.
