Iran War Heats Back Up. Why Trump's SAVE America Hail Mary Won't Work.

And some more thoughts on New York's data center moratorium...

Iran is moving into a very violent and critical week. Two American servicemen were confirmed dead by CENTCOM over the weekend, specifically at a base in Jordan, which is rapidly becoming a new front of this war, along with Kuwait. Iran is now taking out desalination plants, which is a bigger deal because they’ve kind of run out of cards to play and are now in the “we’ll burn the whole building down” phase. If they’re attacking critical resources for their neighbors, then they’re inviting their own critical resources to be destroyed. It’s a crazy scene right now.

Here’s how I understand it. There are multiple factions inside Iran debating which way they want to go. Some believe the time to start cashing in chips is now because money is becoming a major problem, they can’t activate their proxies the way they used to, and if they can’t pay street-level thugs to keep people in the streets at bay, they risk a wider revolt.
