I'm of the opinion at this point that ICE is in a scenario they never trained for. High tension urban scenarios are more the realm of the local PD from what I understand.
The feds talking heads definitely aren't helping any. Same goes for media talking heads. Both are too focused on their own sides to get something resembling the truth out there
