WSJ's Epstein Bombshell. Japan Makes a Trade Deal. Kilmar Heads Home to Maryland.

What did Pam Bondi tell Trump?

It’s official: Trump’s name is in the Epstein files. According to a Wall Street Journal report, Pam Bondi told him back in May. The file includes unverified hearsay — stuff about people who socialized with Epstein. And while Bondi and her team decided not to release more due to child pornography and privacy concerns, that information was still passed along to Trump. Kash Patel told others as well. So yeah, it’s real. But what does it actually mean?

Honestly, not much. I said this when Elon teased it — of course Trump’s in the files. He was part of that social circle for years. That alone doesn’t move the story. What it does is keep it alive. It gives just enough new material for the press and his critics to keep pressing. It’s Chinese water torture for the Trump camp — drip, drip, drip. No bombshell, no closure. Just a persistent presence that stops them from getting to the stories they want to tell.
