Love your work. I support you, Jen, Andrew, and WNR individually because I value independent truth tellers and you're few and far between. I also don't begrudge you spending a couple episodes on Biden and original sin. It's pretty clear the media and staffers and congress members and donors were complicit in obfuscating Bidens decline. And that sort of thing puts the country at risk when you need a sharp, or at least cogent, decision maker in cases of emergency.
That said, as America quickly drowning while it gulps from a firehose of chaos, I'm finding it difficult to care about Biden. I mean, I care in so far as I wanna say fuck the DNC for contributing to America being where it is now, but at the same time I'm pretty overwhelmed as is just trying to deal with the week to week negative consequences of this presidency. Am I going to have to try to drive my 6 month old preemie to Canada just to ensure he's protected from COVID-19? Will the industry I work in collapse from a combination of insane tariff policy and federal regulatory agency malfeasance that's pushed all the qualified people to quit? Will the GOP bill push us into a recession with spiraling bond yields that wreck my retirement? Who knows! And that's just this week.
I'm an elder millennial. My entire life, outside of a couple extreme circumstances, I've never thought of the federal government as having all that much impact on my day to day life. Personally, I think that's how it should be in a stable democracy. But I don't think it is a stretch to say, I have never had my life so directly and negatively impacted by a presidency in my life. And that includes Trump's first term. It's really quite astounding and not something I'd ever seriously considered a possibility, but that's on me I suppose for being complacent.
Anyway, apologies for the rant, but good show, not sure I need to know much more about Biden unless it has to do with how the DNC plans unfuck itself and get us back to a halfway sane place (I'd ask for more but that's seems to be pushing it)
A writ that a person may seek from a court to obtain immediate release from an unlawful confinement, as when the confinement has occurred through a means that violated the person's constitutional rights.
The right of a person to obtain such a writ.
A writ to bring a person before a court or a judge, most frequently used to ensure that a person's imprisonment, detention, or commitment is legal.
Now I feel bad. I like to listen to Chris on Px3, but I just yesterday unsubscribed (from free tier) from his substack mainly because he uses click bait headlines. Substack doesn't seem to have an exit survey, so I guess there's no way for him to know why I left. Oh well.
She clearly demonstrated professionally how unqualified Kristi Noems is in her role.
We have a person who believes habeas corpus allows the President to deport anyone.
History will not be kind to Trump or this administration. Movies will be made in the future that will depict the fraud, waste, and abuse occurring with Trump’s administration.
Right after listening, an interview that the two authors gave with Katie Couric (that seems to have released today) popped up in my feed, it adds a lot of commentary and detail to what you've already covered in this episode.
Roller coaster of a patreon plug. Loved it. Cancer sucks. Lying sucks. Everything sucks except when it doesn't.

Let me say for the billionth time:
Reporters don't root for a side. Period.
I think neither is correct

She doesn't know what habeas corpus is because she doesn't care. The constitution is just another obstacle to be overcome for this administration.
“They have no shame, do they? They don’t even bother to lie badly anymore. I suppose that’s the final humiliation.” - Senator Dasi, Andor
Great episode!
